Who we are

CyberSynergy360 is responsible for your personal data when you use this website or contact us. For privacy-related questions, you can reach us at info@cybersynergy360.eu.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly or that is generated by your use of this site:

• Contact information: name, email address, and the content of your message when you use the contact form or contact us by email.
• Resource requests: name, email address, and organisation when you request a white paper or other resource.
• Usage data: IP address and basic request data, recorded automatically in server logs for security and operational purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not build profiles for advertising purposes.

We use Matomo, a self-hosted open-source analytics platform, to understand how visitors use this website. Matomo is configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation: no cookies are placed in your browser, your IP address is never stored in full, and all data remains on our own infrastructure. It is never shared with third parties. You can opt out at any time by enabling the Do Not Track setting in your browser, which our analytics respects.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the resources you requested.
• To maintain the security and operation of this website and its forms.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Where we use external service providers to operate this website, they act as data processors under agreements with us:

• Scaleway (Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France) is our transactional email provider (Scaleway Transactional Email). When you submit a contact form or request a resource, your name and email address are transmitted to Scaleway for the sole purpose of delivering the email response or confirmation message. Scaleway processes this data on European (French) infrastructure. See Scaleway's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against automated abuse. Technical signals such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction signals may be processed by Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent: where you explicitly request a resource or accept site functionality that requires browser storage.
• Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries, operate this website securely, and improve it through privacy-respecting analytics.
• Legal obligation: where required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and resource requests are normally kept for up to 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.

Our online checks

When you complete one of our online checks (such as a Cyber Alignment or self-check), we process the following data: your email address and, if you provide them, your first name and company name; a few business characteristics you tell us yourself (sector, size, your role, what is driving your interest, the status of your policy and certification, and your timing); and your answers to the check.

We use this data for two purposes. First, to send you the personalised report you requested. Second, and only if you give separate consent, to send you occasional relevant insights and follow-up about cyber resilience. Report delivery is based on your request and consent; marketing communication is based solely on your separate, explicit consent, which we verify through a confirmation email (double opt-in) and record together with the date and technical details as proof. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or via info@cybersynergy360.eu.

Delivery of these emails is handled by a European email service provider acting as our data processor (see the providers listed under "How we use your data"). If we change this provider later, we will update this policy accordingly; such a change does not affect the consent you have given. We keep your lead data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which we delete it, and we retain proof of your consent for as long as legally necessary. We do not collect special categories of personal data and we do not sell your data.

Your rights under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@cybersynergy360.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) if you believe your rights are not being respected.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

Cookies

This website uses a functional cookie to remember whether you have accepted the cookie banner. Our forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use cookies or similar browser-based signals as part of its bot-detection process. Our analytics (Matomo) operates without cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Welke gegevens we verzamelen

We verzamelen alleen gegevens die u zelf verstrekt of die voortkomen uit het gebruik van deze website:

• Contactgegevens: naam, e-mailadres en de inhoud van uw bericht wanneer u het contactformulier gebruikt of ons per e-mail contacteert.
• Aanvragen van resources: naam, e-mailadres en organisatie wanneer u een white paper of andere resource aanvraagt.
• Gebruiksgegevens: IP-adres en basisgegevens over verzoeken, automatisch geregistreerd in serverlogs voor beveiligings- en operationele doeleinden.

We verzamelen geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens en bouwen geen profielen op voor reclamedoeleinden.

We gebruiken Matomo, een zelf-gehost open-source analyseplatform, om te begrijpen hoe bezoekers deze website gebruiken. Matomo werkt zonder cookies en met IP-anonimisering: er worden geen cookies in uw browser geplaatst, uw IP-adres wordt nooit volledig opgeslagen en alle gegevens blijven op onze eigen infrastructuur. Ze worden niet gedeeld met derden. U kunt zich op elk moment afmelden door Do Not Track in uw browser in te schakelen; onze analyse respecteert die instelling.

Hoe we uw gegevens gebruiken

• Om te reageren op uw vragen en de gevraagde resources te bezorgen.
• Om de veiligheid en werking van deze website en haar formulieren te garanderen.
• Om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.

We verkopen, verhuren of verhandelen uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden. Wanneer we externe dienstverleners gebruiken voor de werking van deze website, treden zij op als verwerker onder een overeenkomst met ons:

• Scaleway (Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Parijs, Frankrijk) is onze provider voor transactionele e-mail (Scaleway Transactional Email). Wanneer u een contactformulier indient of een resource aanvraagt, worden uw naam en e-mailadres aan Scaleway doorgegeven met als enig doel het bezorgen van de e-mailreactie of bevestiging. Scaleway verwerkt deze gegevens op Europese (Franse) infrastructuur. Zie het privacybeleid van Scaleway.
• Cloudflare Turnstile beschermt onze formulieren tegen geautomatiseerd misbruik. Technische signalen zoals uw IP-adres, browser- en apparaatkenmerken en interactiesignalen kunnen door Cloudflare worden verwerkt. Zie het privacybeleid van Cloudflare.

Rechtsgrond voor verwerking

We verwerken uw persoonsgegevens op de volgende rechtsgrondslagen:

• Toestemming: wanneer u uitdrukkelijk een resource aanvraagt of sitefunctionaliteit gebruikt waarvoor browseropslag nodig is.
• Gerechtvaardigd belang: om te reageren op vragen, deze website veilig te beheren en via privacyvriendelijke analyse te verbeteren.
• Wettelijke verplichting: waar dat vereist is door toepasselijk recht.

Bewaartermijn

We bewaren persoonsgegevens alleen zolang dat nodig is voor de hierboven beschreven doeleinden, of zolang de wet dat vereist. Contactformulierinzendingen en aanvragen van resources worden normaal maximaal 2 jaar bewaard, tenzij u eerder om verwijdering verzoekt.

Onze online checks

Wanneer u een van onze online checks invult (zoals een Cyber Alignment- of self-check), verwerken we de volgende gegevens: uw e-mailadres en, indien u die opgeeft, uw voornaam en bedrijfsnaam; enkele bedrijfskenmerken die u zelf aangeeft (sector, omvang, uw rol, de aanleiding, de status van uw beleid en certificering, en uw timing); en uw antwoorden op de check.

We gebruiken deze gegevens voor twee doeleinden. Ten eerste om u het gevraagde persoonlijke rapport te bezorgen. Ten tweede, en enkel als u daar afzonderlijk toestemming voor geeft, om u af en toe relevante inzichten en opvolging over cyberweerbaarheid te sturen. Het rapport bezorgen we op basis van uw verzoek en toestemming; marketingcommunicatie sturen we uitsluitend op basis van uw afzonderlijke, uitdrukkelijke toestemming, die we via een bevestigingsmail verifiëren (double opt-in) en samen met de datum en technische gegevens registreren als bewijs. U kunt die toestemming op elk moment intrekken via de uitschrijflink in elke mail of via info@cybersynergy360.eu.

De bezorging van deze e-mails verloopt via een Europese e-mailprovider die als verwerker voor ons optreedt (zie de providers onder "Hoe we uw gegevens gebruiken"). Wijzigen we die provider later, dan werken we dit beleid daarop bij; zo'n wijziging raakt niet aan de toestemming die u heeft gegeven. We bewaren uw leadgegevens tot 24 maanden na uw laatste interactie en verwijderen ze daarna; het bewijs van uw toestemming bewaren we zolang dat wettelijk nodig is. We verzamelen geen bijzondere categorieën van persoonsgegevens en verkopen uw gegevens niet.

Uw rechten onder de AVG

Onder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) heeft u het recht om:

• De persoonsgegevens die we over u bewaren in te zien.
• Onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens te laten corrigeren.
• Verwijdering van uw gegevens te vragen.
• Bezwaar te maken tegen of bepaalde vormen van verwerking te beperken.
• Uw toestemming in te trekken wanneer toestemming de rechtsgrond vormt.

Om een van deze rechten uit te oefenen, kunt u contact opnemen via info@cybersynergy360.eu. We reageren binnen 30 dagen.

U heeft ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA) als u van mening bent dat uw rechten niet worden gerespecteerd.

Beveiliging

We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, verlies of openbaarmaking. Geen enkele overdracht via internet is volledig veilig, maar we nemen redelijke voorzorgsmaatregelen.

Cookies

Deze website gebruikt een functionele cookie om bij te houden of u de cookiemelding heeft geaccepteerd. Onze formulieren gebruiken ook Cloudflare Turnstile, dat cookies of vergelijkbare browsersignalen kan gebruiken als onderdeel van het botdetectieproces. Onze analyses (Matomo) werken zonder cookies. Er worden geen reclame- of trackingcookies gebruikt. Zie ons Cookiebeleid voor meer informatie.

Wijzigingen aan dit beleid

We kunnen dit Privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De datum bovenaan deze pagina geeft de meest recente herziening aan. Verder gebruik van de website na wijzigingen geldt als aanvaarding van het bijgewerkte beleid.
